These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using our website, submitting inquiries, scheduling consultations, and purchasing or receiving services from our company.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Credentialing Healthcare Consultants provides credentialing, provider enrollment, payer enrollment, CAQH support, hospital application support, delegation readiness support, consulting, administrative support, and related business services for healthcare providers, practices, and organizations.
Services may vary based on the selected package, custom proposal, written agreement, or statement of work.
Credentialing Healthcare Consultants provides professional support and guidance; however, we do not guarantee approval, acceptance, participation, enrollment, credentialing completion, hospital privileges, payer contracting, or processing timelines.
Final decisions are made by payers, hospitals, health plans, credentialing committees, licensing boards, government agencies, or other third-party organizations.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information needed to perform services. This may include provider documents, licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, CAQH login access, practice information, payer forms, tax information, signatures, and other required documentation.
Delays caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information may delay the completion of services.
Fees may be hourly, package-based, project-based, or customized based on the client’s needs.
Payment terms will be provided in the applicable invoice, proposal, service agreement, or written communication. Services may be paused or delayed if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
Consultations and service appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may be subject to a fee if stated in the applicable booking terms, invoice, or service agreement.
Because consulting and credentialing services require time, document review, administrative preparation, and professional work, payments may be non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on the service agreement, invoice terms, or written communication between the client and Credentialing Healthcare Consultants.
Credentialing Healthcare Consultants respects the confidentiality of client, provider, and practice information. We use reasonable safeguards to protect confidential information and only use it for authorized business purposes.
Clients also agree not to share, copy, distribute, or misuse proprietary materials, templates, forms, pricing structures, workflows, or business documents provided by Credentialing Healthcare Consultants.
Our services may involve third-party systems or organizations, including but not limited to CAQH, payer portals, hospital portals, licensing boards, credentialing platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, and document-sharing systems.
Credentialing Healthcare Consultants is not responsible for third-party delays, denials, outages, errors, policy changes, processing timelines, or system limitations.
Credentialing Healthcare Consultants provides administrative and consulting support. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting, or compliance legal advice.
Clients should consult the appropriate licensed professional for legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice specific to their situation.
